Malone Management Company, operated by Shayne Malone, is currently undergoing a residential construction project on a plot of land near Pilon, Costa Rica on the Golfo de Dulce. The land size is 4,323 square meters in size (1.07 acres). It is conveniently located between the coastal road and the 200 meter line from the beach. The area is relatively undeveloped at this time though signs of future growth are already beginning, including the construction of two quality homes owned by foreigners on adjacent land.
