About Us
Shayne Malone has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 5 years. After graduating from Marquette University with a degree in Finance, he worked in the mortgage banking industry and studied under commercial lenders in Grand Rapids, MI. In 2004, he joined Malone Management Company as property manager for their commercial portfolio of properties. In 2005, he acted as project manager and general contractor for a LEED Certified commercial office building in Grand Rapids, MI. Shayne is a LEED Certified Professional by the United States Green Building Council.
In addition, Shayne currently owns and operates 17 apartment units in Grand Rapids, MI that provide quality housing to local college students in the area. All units are in historical areas of the city, which allowed for substantial renovations and preservation of the historical architecture and the utilization of historic tax credits.
